Meet LSL
Lauren Saint-Louis is the founder and CEO of LSL Fitness based in NYC with over 10 years of experience in the coaching industry. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist, has a Bachelors in Exercise Science and is a Precision Nutrition Master Coach specializing in behavior & lifestyle change.
Her competitive dance and bodybuilding background has influenced her ability to help hundreds of clients over the years increase their fitness levels, reduce their risk or severity of illness and elevate their lifestyle habits for the long term. Lauren’s niche demographic is helping career driven, high performing individuals fit fitness into their lives. Her super power is helping clients overcome the “all or nothing mentality”, build new habit systems that not only fit into their reality, but elevate the version of themself that they bring to their career and life.
She has been featured in articles for Shape, PopSugar, Status Fitness Magazine and is most recently an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine. Additionally, she has won 1st and 2nd place in NPC regional bodybuilding competitions.
After witnessing the health issues of her father, Lauren developed a personal passion for helping those understand the impact that strength training and nutrition has on its prevention for lifestyle disease. She is excited to be in collaboration with I.M.Well Medical to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness, transforming the lives of its patients.
